Multitasking sucks.

Everyone knows it makes people grumpy, causes impetigo, and turns GOOD
CASH FLOW into treacle.  Yet everyone still does it.

Right?

Not Apple.

Here's the first question from a Q&A with Andrew Lashinsky, Author of
"Inside Apple", out of yesterday's New York Times:

Who is the reader you're targeting with your book?

A.

One is an executive at a really big company who wants to understand how
to innovate at scale because nobody does it well, and Apple does it
better than anybody. No. 2, entrepreneurs. Apple behaves in an
incredibly entrepreneurial way. No. 3, anybody in their career. I had
epiphanies working on the book when I realized how focused Apple people
are and that they don't multitask. I'm the ultimate multitasker and most
modern business professionals are.  [Emphasis mine, obviously]

You don't have to be Steve Jobs to do this.
